Our experienced palliative care nurses and carers will support your child and your whole family, ensuring your child is comfortable, safe and surrounded by the people who love them most.

A Team Around You

We work closely alongside consultants, community nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure your child's care is coordinated, consistent and tailored to their individual needs. We can also support families with writing an Advance Care Plan, ensuring your wishes are clearly documented and respected by everyone involved in your child's care. You will never feel like you are navigating this alone. We will be with you every step of the way.

Creating Memories

We believe that even in the most difficult of times, there is space for love, joy and precious memories. We offer a range of memory making services in the home, including photography, hand and foot casts, and resin work. These are entirely optional, and we will always follow your lead on what feels right for your family.
